Brandi Zimbelman is a family nurse practitioner and owner of Optimal Health and Wellness. She began her journey to nursing in 2007 when she earned her associate of science degree in nursing. She went on to earn a bachelor's and master's degree in nursing from Austin Peay State University in Tennessee. She has worked in the nursing field since 2000 where she began as a nurse aide and has since worked her way up to nurse practitioner and assistant medical director. Brandi has a unique blend of skills, as she's worked in cardiology, neurology, holistic medicine, regenerative medicine, family medicine, and aesthetics. Over the last five years or more, Brandi has become increasingly interested in helping men and women reach their aesthetic goals. She continues to educate herself about aesthetics and the industry so she can give her patients a well-rounded overall wellness and aesthetic experience.

I have been feeling a little run down recently and knew that if I went in to see the doctor they would most likely just tell me that I had something that was viral and there was nothing they could do. So I reached out to the team at Optimal Health and Wellness to see if there was anything that could be done to help my body to naturally support itself. Brandi and team were able to get me a same day appoint, which I know doesn't always happen. They were efficient and the whole appointment flowed very well. I received a Myer's cocktail, something that I had heard about but never had the chance to utilize for supporting my body. As a holistic healthcare provider myself, I am glad to see that Brandi is stepping out and offering folks in Wisconsin a lot of different opportunities to help them learn new approaches to getting to the root cause of what is going on in their bodies! We need to all take a look at our health in a whole new perspective with where our world is right now and Optimal Health and Wellness is doing just this right here in Baraboo.
I can’t say enough about this place. Brandi is absolutely amazing!! Her and the staff are so friendly. Went there for a couple of procedures and learned about so much more. I walked out of there feeling very cared for. They don’t treat you like your just money to them. They actually care. I feel I was meant to be there because of the other very beneficial services they offer. I will not go anywhere else. Reasonably priced and just an overall wonderful experience. Thank you so much. Valentine’s Treat. Combo facial and foot detox. Facial was amazing. Foot detox was mind blowing! Had been having joint pain for several weeks. Lo and behold the detoxing was from the joints and lymphatic system. Feeling much better!!! Will totally be back! Photos show the progression of the detox!
