How much does IPL cost?
Every patient's case is unique, so your cost for IPL therapy will depend on your specific concerns. At Optimal Health and Wellness, we offer monthly specials at times, and we accept several types of easy payment solutions. During your aesthetic consultation, Brandi can estimate your cost and discuss how many sessions are needed to reach your goals.
How quick are the results from IPL?
Improvements can often be experienced following one Harmony XL PRO IPL therapy session, but optimal results are most commonly noticeable about one month after a full series of treatments is completed. It’s common for patients to see different responses following each treatment. You will likely see a fading of redness, blotchiness, age spots, and sun spots over time.
Do I need to prep for IPL?
To prepare for IPL treatments, we ask our Baraboo, WI patients to avoid self-tanners and sun exposure for at least 2 – 4 weeks before their treatment. You might need to discontinue the use of certain medications and topical creams, like Retin-A, several days prior to your treatment, and we may recommend that you avoid taking aspirin, ibuprofen, or other blood thinners 5 – 7 days before your procedure to decrease your risk of developing bruises.

I can’t say enough about this place. Brandi is absolutely amazing!! Her and the staff are so friendly. Went there for a couple of procedures and learned about so much more. Valentine’s Treat. Combo facial and foot detox. Facial was amazing. Foot detox was mind blowing! Had been having joint pain for several weeks. Lo and behold the detoxing was from the joints and lymphatic system. Feeling much better!!! Will totally be back! Photos show the progression of the detox!
